Message from 17,200 feet

We just got a call from Nick at the 17,200' High Camp. It sounds like it's been windy and the team is sitting tight, waiting for the winds higher up to abate.

Here you go!

  1. Hi Simon,

The children are very excited that you are so high up. I'm sure you are feeling strong. We are thinking of you and hoping there is a break in the weather for you all to try for the summit! Lots of love and hugs, Claire and the kids xxxx

  3. Ben,
Good luck wishes from the sandpit. I'm sure conditions here are much the same as where you are - a balmy 37c in Dubai today! Must be an amazing experience and we wish you and the whole expedition the best of luck for the summit push.
